注：①以上资料需加盖单位鲜章，并在递交磋商文件截止时间前将原件现场递交开标地点，如在规定时间内未按磋商文件报名要求正确提供相应报名材料的供应商均无资格参加该项目的磋商。

采购文件提供后不退，磋商资格不能转让。供应商要求远程提供采购文件的，采购人应当远程提供。
