5.谈判采购文件售价：每本人民币300元，售后不退 。

投标人须通过银行将购买招标采购文件售价足额现金汇入到采购人对公账户 。在汇款单上注明标书款、项目编号，汇款单位名称与投标人名称须完全一致。

6.需要开具发票的，请提供单位名称、纳税人识别号、地址、 未曾在中国电力招标采购网（www.dlztb.com）上注册会员的单位应先注册。登录成功后根据招标公告的相说明下载投标文件！
