*3.2.3 阀门制造商必须在在中国境内设有办事机构和技术服务中心，投标商必须在投标文件中说明本次投标阀门的现场技术支持、维护能力及组织机构；

*3.2.3 阀门原产地应为卖方注册地所在国。买方绝对不允许供货商OEM；

*3.2.4 阀门必须具备可靠的外密封性能，应至少达到TA-LUFT或 ISO 15848-1的要求，并提供相关测试的TA-LUFT证书或ISO 15848 PART 1的认证，投标时提供有效证书复印件；

*3.2.7 低温测试的取样比例是按照结构、压力等级和口径相同的阀门数量的10%（至少一个）进行测试。如果存在试验结果不合格，低温测试取样比例提高到50%；如仍有不合格试样，低温测试取样比例提高到100%。业主只承担10%低温测试比例费用（即首次测试10%阀门取样比例的费用），多余费用由卖方承担。低温测试程序文件必须作为技术协议附件。试验要求和达标标准详见低温阀门检验规定；

*3.2.8 调节阀执行机构建议选择为：FISHER、MASONELAN、SAMSON，若调节阀生产厂家能够自行生产执行机构或使用其他品牌执行机构，须征得评委会认可。电磁阀应为24VDC供电，功耗≤3.6W，品牌应为ASCO、Bifold、Norgren和Herion等评委会认可的同档次品牌。阀门定位器品牌应为FISHER DVC6200 AD、MASonELAN SVI II AP、SAMSON 3731-3或其他经评委会认可的等同品牌。限位开关品牌应为WESTLOCK Silver Bullet Series、TOPWORX 73 Series 、StoneL Hawkeye Series或其他经评委会认可的等同品牌。管阀件品牌应为Swagelok、Parker、Hoke或其他经评委会认可的等同品牌；
