normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定:

normal style='text-indent:34.9pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>1.2法定代表人参加磋商的必须有法定代表人身份证；法人授权委托人参加磋商的必须有法定代表人授权委托书及被授权委托人身份证；

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>1.投标保证金交纳：投标保证金人民币陆万元整，缴纳形式为转账、银行保函、其他有效担保。转账的投标保证金必须从投标人基本账户一次性按本项目要求金额转入，且确保在2021年 11月15日9:00时前到账并检查绑定成功，否则，责任由投标人自行承担。保函或其他有效担保的，应在开标前将保函或担保书原件交至本项目采购代理机构。其他形式缴纳的方法，请以交易中心（为确保按时到账，请尽早交纳）为准。
