normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.1必须具有合法有效的营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证（或三证合一的营业执照）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.2法定代表人参加投标的必须有法定代表人身份证，法人授权委托人参加投标的必须有法人授权委托书及被授权委托人身份证；

五、公告期限

六、其他补充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投标保证金交纳：供应商必须在2021年  12 月 3 日9︰00前从其基本账户向毕节市 交纳人民币肆万元整（￥40000.00元 ），且确保在2021年 12 月 3 日9:00前到账并检查绑定成功。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'> 2.投标保证金交纳方式：银行转账、银行保函、保证保险。（采用银行转账的，投标保证金必须从公司账户一次性汇入采购人指定账户，且确保在截止时间前到账并检查绑定成功否则，责任由投标人自行承担（以到账时间为准，由于跨行转账需一定时间，为确保保证金按时到账，请尽早交纳保证金），采用银行保函或保证保险等非现金方式提交的，银行保函或保证保险可通过贵州省 综合金融服务平台办理，其彩色扫描件应附在投标文件内）；
