portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.1、门户网站巡检，巡查网站各功能页面是否正常，每天完成一次巡检；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.2、互动信息监测及回复，每日核查互动信箱、依申请、省长直通交流平台等各类信件，并转办相关处室处理，跟进处理进度，并把处室回复情况通过系统进行回复，确保回复时间不超期；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.3、门户网站信息发布，收集相关新闻信息内容及政务公开各版块内容并制作网站发布预览内容，待审核完成后发布在门户网站；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.4、省政府、市政府联动，每日关注省、市办公厅要求，做好常联动工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.5、电子政务外网内容保障工作，每日做好电子政务外网信息推送工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.6、不定时的组织问题多、不会操作的责任处室开展现场指导及培训工作，确保各处室人员知悉政府网站考核及运营工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.7、按月，安排专人对网站各栏目进行监测，对不符合网站普查指标要求的问题进行整改。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.8、每月对网站的运营情况进行总结分析，提出下阶段工作建议，并整理成书面的运营分析报告送交清镇市人民政府办公室信息科。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.9、每月对后台管理系统的所有注册账号进行维护管理，主要是发现工号异常、定期提醒密码修改、确保平台账号安全。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.10、按月整理网站运营工作报告（包括网站信息收集、发布、访问量、信件处理等）报清镇市人民政府办公室信息科。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.11、按季度抽查数据开放平台及网上办事服务内容维护情况，形成专项报告，并协助催促政务服务中心做好内容保障；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.12、每季度考核前做好网站各版块内容保障工作，确保季度考核成绩优秀；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.13、每季度根据局工作情况开展征集调查工作，确保全年至少开展6次，符合网站考核指标要求；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.14、每季度根据清镇市人民政府网站内容保障工作的实际开展情况，提出内容保障制度建议。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.16、应急响应，负责及时响应网站各类网站平台、安全问题，并及时反馈处置情况。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">2.17、提供1名技术过硬人员到清镇市人民政府信息科驻场负责日常网站运维工作，并安排1名远程运营人员做好支撑工作。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;\">网站常态化监测服务，采用智能监测加人工复核手段对网站进行全面监测，监测网站栏目更新情况、网站是否符合最新指标标准、是否有错敏字、暗链情况，每月形成监测报告。该项工作在省政府和市政府前开展，提前对问题进行处理。（详细工作标准见附件：全国政府网站普查评分标准）
